In agreement with its shareholder, Wirecard AG, and its preliminary insolvency administrator, the management of Acquiring & Issuing GmbH has commissioned the US investment bank Moelis & Company to oversee the sales process of Wirecard North America. Sales processes are currently being prepared for further subsidiaries of Wirecard AG.
